- Log into your Team Sports Admin account.
- Click PLAYERS in the main menu and type in the user email address to locate the accounts you'd like to merge. As a best practice, we would recommend comparing the login emails to ensure the accounts belong to the same login user.
- Click the Merge button in the Actions column.
- A box will pop up asking you which player you would like to merge into. Be sure to read the onscreen information carefully.
- Once you've selected a player, click Merge Accounts. Depending on how much information is located in each account, this could take a few minutes to complete.
- Once it's finished, all the information that was previously located in two player accounts will be combined into one.
