Would you like to add a guardian to your player account? Add the new guardian's details by following these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your organization's home page - [Organization].teamsportsadmin.com
  2. Click on MY PROFILE in the main menu.
  3. On the left-hand side of the screen in the Guardians box, select Add New Guardian.
  4. This will open a new profile page with blank fields. Fill in the requested information.
    • You will need to fill in all required information. If you miss details, the system will let you know when you try to submit. A message will pop up telling you This field is required and the empty field will be outlined in red.
  5. Once all required information is added, click Submit at the bottom of the page.

The new guardian information will now be added to your account.
