Do you want to see a list of names for everyone who has registered for your event? You can view who is participating in a specific event by following these steps:

  1. Log into your Team Sports Admin account.
  2. Scroll over EVENTS in the main menu and select the event type you are looking for participants in.
  3. Click the event type. On the left-hand side of the screen under Reports, click on the [Event Type] Participants option.
    • Depending on which event you are looking for participants in, the option under Reports will be one of the following:
      • Season Participants
      • Camp Participants¬†
      • Other Event Participants¬†
      • Tournament Teams
  4. Under the Select [Event Type] dropdown menu, choose the event you are looking for participants in.
  5. Click Search. 
    • If you would like to narrow down your search, you can utilize the other drop-downs available.
  6. The participants listed are those registered for your event.
  7. If needed, you can download the list of participants by clicking the Download to Excel button located in the upper right.
