Want to send an email to a select group of participants? You can choose exactly who will receive a group email by following these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your Team Sports Admin account.
  2. Click EMAIL in the main menu.
  3. On the left-hand side of the screen, you will see a section titled Select Recipients. You can choose from the list who you would like to send the email to, whether it's by season, camp, tournament, individual coaches or players, or your entire database.
    • Your selection will send an email to the participants who have registered for the event selected.
    • To select more than one event, hold down the shift key (pc users) or the command key (mac users) and click on each event.
  4. If you want to send an email to the participants of a specific season, camp, tournament, or other event, select the event type and you will be able to choose the one you want from a dropdown menu.

Once you have selected your recipients, go ahead and write and send the email.
