Do you need to change the dates, times, or location of a recurring event? Want to add more information about it and share it with your team? You can easily edit and update a recurring calendar event you created in the past using these instructions:

  1. Log in to your organization's home page - [Organization]
  2. In the calendar displayed on your dashboard, locate the recurring event you wish to edit.
  3. Click on the event or on Today's Activities.
  4. In the popup, click Edit Recurring Activity.
  5. Edit the activity or event as needed.
  6. Click Update.

If you want to notify your team of the changes you have made, check the box: Send Email Notification before clicking Update.
