Below are steps that you can take to update your login information. Please note, if you do not know your login email address, you will need to contact your Organization Administrator to get it or have them update it for you.

  1. Log in to your organization's home page - [Organization]
  2. In the upper right-hand corner next to your name, click on the dropdown arrow.
    • If you need to update the email address, click on Change Log In Email.
    • If you need to change the password, click on Change Password.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. Click Update.

Please note: You will need to confirm the change with your previous email address to complete a log in email change.
