If you'd like to send out a particular registration link, or links, for new events in an email, or a participant requests a particular registration link to an event, you can find and provide that link by following these steps: 

  1. Log into your Team Sports Admin account.
  2. Click EVENTS from the main menu. 
  3. Choose the Event Type
    • SEASONS
    • CAMPS
    • OTHER EVENTS
    • TOURNAMENTS
  4. Locate the event you would like the registration link for using the Search bar or scrolling through the events. 
  5. From the Actions column on the right-hand side, click the third item on the right, a chain link. This will open the registration page for that event in a new tab. 
  6. Once at the page for the event you'd like to share, copy the URL and insert it into your email. This is the registration link.
  7. If you'd like to make your link interactive (clickable) in your email, you can then click the chain link icon in the email menu and insert the URL where indicated and then the name of the event in the Text field, or just paste the registration URL there as well. This will now appear blue in your email and you should be able to click the link and be taken to the registration page for the event.
