First and foremost, on behalf of every member of our staff, we’d like to offer our sincerest regards for each and every way that COVID-19 has already touched you, your business, families, coaches, parents and children during this time.

Our headquarters are here in Woodinville, Washington, but we were also already set up to have all of our employees working remotely, so we had no impact to our ability to support you as we transitioned to working from home full-time. And our amazing customer success team has been working overtime to support each one of our customers as our support volumes are up across the board. Rest assured we are here for you, and are available during our normal business hours (8am-4pm PDT) and beyond during this time.

But a fair warning, if you call us, you may hear an occasional tiny athlete-in-training in the background as we all work from home, and our little ones are here with us.

Our team is working side-by-side with our All Star and Hall of Fame customers to strategize on best practices and provide creative solutions to mitigate business impact from cancelled and rescheduled events. In addition to these solutions, we are continuing to handle customer support on their behalf to make sure every single one of their customer’s needs are taken care of.

We are here to support you in every way we can.

We have posted a COVID-19 Quick Help Guide in our Support Center with easy access to the most useful support articles to help you navigate through this.

We know that all of our kids are experiencing many firsts: separation from their schools, teams, and friends, with no clear end in sight. The Positive Coaching Alliance offers some fun ideas for keeping them in the game and connected during this time, which we wanted to share:

  • Organize google hangouts as a way for teammates to connect.
  • Encourage your players to communicate about individual workouts they are performing to keep each other motivated.
  • Consider having their team watch a sports movie at home, and then come together virtually to discuss the lessons learned.
