Our complete application overhaul, a.k.a. Team Sports Admin 2.0, has finally arrived! This is another milestone towards our mission to build the best, all-in-one youth sports technology platform for you. 

Wait, Team Sports Admin 2.0? What's that?

Great question! In order to continue supporting our rapid growth and also provide all the exciting new features we will be releasing soon, we had to rethink how our application was built. We decided to start from the ground up and rebuild the entire application architecture, to ensure we have the best possible foundation to build on.
After 2.0 rolls out, you shouldn't notice any major changes to the application itself, at least not yet. You may notice a few small changes, but the majority of what we're doing is happening "behind the scenes," so we can set ourselves up to release some exciting new features in the future. Some of the features on our shortlist include: ACH Payments, Text Communication, Calendar Upgrades, and a brand new Ecommerce module, as well as a brand new event type so you can easily manage and run Lessons and Group Training!
We will have more to share about these new features very soon!

How will this affect me?

Your Team Sports Admin account will be unavailable periodically for short periods of time as we migrate all of your data to our new system. Don't worry, we will give you plenty of notice in advance of when these maintenance periods (all of which will be during the late night hours). During this downtime, you will not be able to access your account, and your customers will not be able to access any registration links.
Once each scheduled maintenance is completed, you will have full access to your account and all of your information.
The next scheduled maintenance will occur on Tuesday, May 26th at 9:00pm Pacific Time through Wednesday, May 27th at 9:00am Pacific Time.
Please click here ASAP to let us know if there are any potential conflicts with any upcoming events you have scheduled, and we will work with you to mitigate any impact to you and your customers.

What if I need to run an export or report during the downtime? 

Don't worry, we've got you covered through our Advanced Reporting! Just shoot us an email, or give us a call, and we'll get any report you need over to you right away.
