Has a customer asked you for a receipt for a payment they made? You can send customers receipts by following these simple instructions:
- Log in to your Team Sports Admin account.
- Click on PAYMENTS in the main menu.
- You will see a list of all accepted payments. Search for the payment you need a receipt for by utilizing the search options at the top.
- You can search by name or invoice number and narrow down the search by choosing dates and event type.
- Once the payment is located, scroll over to the Actions column to the right and click on the receipt icon to Send Receipt.
- A message will then appear at the top of the screen that reads, "E-Mail receipt has been sent successfully"
Please Note: You can send receipts for payments that have been Accepted, made Online or Offline, or for Refunds by selecting the appropriate tab at the top of the Payments page.
