Has a customer asked you for a receipt for a payment they made? You can send customers receipts by following these simple instructions:

  1. Log in to your Team Sports Admin account.
  2. Click on PAYMENTS in the main menu.
  3. You will see a list of all accepted payments. Search for the payment you need a receipt for by utilizing the search options at the top.
    • You can search by name or invoice number and narrow down the search by choosing dates and event type.
  4. Once the payment is located, scroll over to the Actions column to the right and click on the receipt icon to Send Receipt.
  5. A message will then appear at the top of the screen that reads, "E-Mail receipt has been sent successfully"

Please Note: You can send receipts for payments that have been Accepted, made Online or Offline, or for Refunds by selecting the appropriate tab at the top of the Payments page.
