Want to add a note to a specific payment? Maybe you need some sort of reminder about that payment. Attach notes to payments and stay updated by following these quick steps:
- Log in to your Team Sports Admin account.
- Click on PAYMENTS in the main menu.
- Locate the payment you would like to add a note to by using the Search For functions at the top of the page.
- Once the payment is located, click on the notebook icon under the Actions column on the right-hand side of the page.
- A notes text box will appear where you can type in your notes.
- Click Add Note to save.
You can add notes to a payment of any kind, whether it's been accepted, outstanding, or has been refunded, by selecting the appropriate tab at the top of the page.
