Would you like to create a custom payment report showing all your accepted payments for a certain period of time? Or maybe you'd like a report of all your scheduled upcoming payments. You can easily create payment reports in Excel format from your Team Sports Admin home page by following these steps:

  1. Log into your Team Sports Admin account.
  2. Click PAYMENTS from the main menu.
  3. Select the tab for which kind of report you would like to create: Accepted, Upcoming, Online, Offline, Refunds, or Transfers.
  4. You can then select a period of time by inserting a beginning date into the Date From box and end date in the Date To box, or you can choose to see all by leaving those boxes blank. You can also search payments by Name, Invoice Number and Event Type/Event.
  5. Once you have selected the time period or entered a name or invoice number, click Search. 
  6. Now you can click Download to Excel on the upper-right hand side of the screen. 
  7. This will bring you to your Exports page under My Accounts
  8. The report you selected to run will be at the top of the list marked as Scheduled under the Actions column. Reports are ran in the system every 5 minutes (i.e. 12:00, 12:05, 12:10, etc.)
  9. Once the report is complete, click Download, where it previously said Scheduled.
  10. You can then save this report to your computer as desired. 

Please note: You can navigate back to your reports anytime by selecting MY ACCOUNT ---> Download Exports. These reports are only available for 24 hours after which time they will appear as Expired. However, if necessary, you can run them again.
