When the one time payment option is not enabled when setting up payment plan options for an event, there will not be the option to record the payment as paid offline. To change this and enable that capability, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Team Sports Admin account. 
  2. Locate the team by clicking EVENTS from the main menu.
  3. Select Teams in the Manage section on the left-hand side.
  4. Select the team that you want to update. 
  5. Scroll down to Add Team Payment Options.
  6. Under Paid, select One payment of $[  ] and input the amount.

Once you've enabled a one time payment option, you can now go back into the payment you were previously trying to accept and the offline option will appear.
