There are a few different ways to complete an incomplete registration for a participant. If you have authorization to process a payment to complete registration for an event on a participant's behalf, please see the steps below: 

  1. Log into your Team Sports Admin account. 
  2. Scroll down to the Incomplete Registrations section on your dashboard. 
  3. Click the blue number next to the incomplete registration event type (Season Registrations, Team Registrations, Camp Registrations, Other Events Registrations or Tournament Registrations)
  4. Locate the incomplete registration from the list, or use the search options at the top. 
  5. To the right of the participant's name there is a column called Outstanding Items
  6. If the player has not yet signed their documents a blue document symbol will appear. If the participant has already signed documents previously, you can click this symbol and follow the on-screen instructions to mark the documents signed offline. If they have not, you could instruct them to do so by logging into their account. 
  7. If there are no documents to sign, only the money icon will appear. 
  8. Click the money icon.
  9. Scroll down to the bottom and adjust their information as necessary. 
  10. Click Submit and this will complete the participant's registration.
